anyone else get the constant fear that there are unspoken social rules you dont know about (especially in new situations, like when i first started taking the bus, i was afraid i was doing it wrong lol) so youre just always on edge and kind of… watching how other people act so you can copy the “correct” thing to do
i feel like i should clarify, when i said i was afraid i was doing it wrong i didnt mean “am i paying the correct way? am i taking the right bus?” i mean “are there social rules to this thing? a specific place i should be expected to sit by social convention? should i be looking out the window? is not being on my phone weird? am i not behaving within the boundaries of whats considered ‘normal’ bus etiquette? can everyone tell im Abnormal and Weird?”
